On July 23, 2013 the Board of Education named Harold J.
Vollkommer, Ed.D., to the position of Deputy Superintendent. The Deputy
Superintendent is the superintendent's primary leader responsible for
overseeing and aligning critical District functions, processes, and
special projects that engage multiple District departments. Dr.
Vollkommer will also serve as the superintendent's lead for analysis and
alignment of key District systems.
The Athletic Strategic Plan
The San Bernardino Unified School District is developing a strategic
plan directed towards athletics. This plan will ensure schools to have a
positive culture and climate that supports athletics.
