When it comes to school notification systems, reliability, ease of use, and security are the most important consideration. With SchoolMessenger's Communicate, the San Bernardino City Unified School District is now able to send notifications via voice, text, email, social media, web, and push notifications. Notifications that can be communicated include, but are not limited to:
- School/District Emergency Alerts
- Special School/District Events
- Attendance Notifications
- Lunch Account Balance Notifications
In order to better serve the students and parents of the San Bernardino City Unified School District, please be sure that all emergency contact information is current. Please contact your child's school to make an corrections or changes.
In addition to the voice services, text alerts are an easy, quick way to receive important notifications. In order for the parents receive text alerts, please be sure to 'Opt-In' into the system by texting 'Y' or 'Yes' to '67587' and press send.

The San Bernardino City Unified School District has introduced Peachjar, a new, electronic communication tool to distribute school flyers and newsletters.
School-approved flyers are now sent to you electronically and posted on the school websites.
A easy way to receive e-flyers:
- Visit sbcusd.com and select your child's school
- Click on the 'peachjar e-flyers icon at the top, right of the school webpage
- View, print, or share flyers
And make sure the school office has your current email address so you can receive flyers directly in your inbox.
